R. G. Graham is founder of Netwinning Incorporated. He is the author/Illustrator and creator of the children's book series Boomer's Positive Lessons on Living, and writer/composer of Boomer's Motivational Music for Children and the Family. As a sales professional in the 1980's, he set Hall of Fame records in personal and agency production within the insurance industry. A trainer of four Hall of Fame sales champions,he rose to the top of his insurance profession. In 1997, he authored a book on marketing and leadership which was utilized by thousands of marketer's nationwide. In 2006, he authored the CD series Raising Your Child for Leadership and 50 3-Minute Lessons on Leadership. His successful experiences in the insurance industry and relationship marketing, encouraged him to create a truly unique company whose mission is to enhance the lives of individuals and families. What a difference a few years can make! It was always a goal that if life allowed, I'd some day author books based on American history for children of elementary school age. In the process, I would also couple my experiences of childhood to author books on leadership as it relates to children. I meandered for a while...then something happened! A little boy, JACE, came into my world and gave me a rebirth and new focus on life. For a single individual with no children, this was truly a life altering experience. Over the past few years, I have accepted a new mission. It has been a journey that has tapped every fiber of my creative energy and resources. It has caused me to search my soul to find the focus and strength of my youth. It has been both exciting and challenging. In the process, the journey has become a mission in life. I look across America and I see a country hurting. I see families reeling from uncontrollable debt, and children being poisoned by the lack of love for family and country, respect for authority and civic responsibility. These are the essential components which help make up a successful society. I see parents who have lost a connection with their children and the ability to mentor by taking on the proper parental role of leadership. I see a country that is losing its identity, the only country that can stand between tyranny and the rest of the free world. It is why I share that our mission matters and the opportunity is real. If it seems that I love Jace and children than I plead guilty. If it seems that I love my family and my country than I plead guilty. You see, I believe we are all part of a winning team called the United States of America. It is a team which has been built on a foundation of freedom with generations of sacrifice. I want this team to maintain it's winning tradition for the generations to follow. We are now the adults, the captains of our individual teams and it is now our responsibility to lead. I know that many feel they have been bloodied by life's battles. I am no different. It is a part of life's cycle. So, since we have bled together, let's now lead together!
